This is a lovely opportunity for anyone considering coming along to learn more about what the retreat will be like – from the yoga and daily rhythm of the holiday to the beautiful excursions, delicious food, accommodation, and practical details about travelling to Paros.
You’ll also have the chance to meet me, Joy, ask any questions, and get a feel for the warm, easy-going group atmosphere.
